Welcome to PixeLit
PixeLit uses pictures, drawings, maps and other non-written material to help readers develop a more complete Mind's Eye perspective of the story. Use PixeLit as a companion while you read or listen to help visualize the story.
Sometimes authors describe their characters in great detail but not knowing what something looks like clouds the Mind's Eye. For example, in the novel "The Silkworm" by Robert Galbraith, one of the main characters is descibed as wearing a "Feather Trim Trilby" and a "Tyrolean Cloak". What do these things look like? You could of course look them up but this would take you out of the story context. PixeLit catalogs these items chapter by chapter so the story become more emersive and colorful.
